Very much so.

Hard to believe 3 people sharpen them all by hand, and it falls mostly onto one pair of shoulders. Now that is dedication. :salute:

Ceramic knives suck. They break easy, are hard to resharpen and are never as sharp as a high-end steel knife. Magic marketing...
