Very much so.

Hard to believe 3 people sharpen them all by hand, and it falls mostly onto one pair of shoulders. Now that is dedication.

Ceramic knives suck. They break easy, are hard to resharpen and are never as sharp as a high-end steel knife. Magic marketing...
