We're always quick to chastise companies that don't meet our expectations and that's all well and good but sometimes I think it'd be good just to give a quick mention to those that do things right.

I needed a replacement screw for the switch assembly in my 6D Mag.  Ryan helpfully provided me with a very nice parts request page on Burton McCall's web site.  I selected a new switch assembly, filled in my details and nine days later it dropped through my letter box.  The assembly came with a replacement switch cover/boot and a hex driver plus pictorial instructions for fitting  :tu:

My fifteen year old 6D has been saved from the scrap metal bin and is back in full operation.
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

Cool, glad to hear it :) Never used that page before but always thought it might come in handy :tu:

Well this just made me remember that I really needed a new lens for my 2xAAA maglite.  Filled in my details and done.  Thanks for the nudge chaps.  :salute:

Well I'm waiting on something from them, but there a great importers by all accounts :)
