Gerber Customer Service is TOP NOTCH!

I have a collection of Gerber Gator series knives...I absolutely love them! Anyways, there are many members on this forum that say negative things about Gerber. Sure, there multitools aren't the best, but they really stand by their products. I have a Gerber Gator sheath that is worn out do to the snaps and I finally decided to do something about it. I left Gerber a voicemail at 5:30 PM and I got an answer at 5:41 saying that they will send me out a complimentary sheath either tomorrow or Monday! Then the rep emailed me back thanking me for my quick reply. Gerber customer service is superior to the rest IMO.

Yeah, glad to hear you had a good experience with them. It makes a real difference when you know you can rely on a company like that.

Yeah, they really stand by their products.

A few months ago I sent my 800 Legend back because the Fiskars scissors spring broke and they sent me back a brand new tool in no time!
