Addendum to  yesterday's useage:

I used the driver on the file of my Alox Vic Classic to spin some Phillips head screws while adjusting throttle cables.  Tight space there, and no other Phillips driver would do in the space.  :tu:

Used the end of the file on an old Esquire to get the crud out of the threads of the coupling nuts on a radiator.

What an exciting life I lead  ::)
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

Used my Spirit to partially dissemble my 30+ year old Masport mower & get it running  :D :D :D :D.
Had help from the mad tool Dennis sent me the 'Spark Doctor' for spark plug removal & cleaning duties.
Feeling very sore though , pull cord start + cranky old mower=sore flippen arms (happy I got her running though :D

"Downunder Mod (that sounds dirty, doesn't it?)"

If that coupling joint isn't tight, it'll get pretty exciting, pretty quickly.   :ahhh

When the water was back on I was pleased to see the joints to the radiator were good.  Problem was the return valve decided it had had enough of life when I opened it up  :bnghd:

Though I suppose it did allow me to make use of my big King Dick adjustable spanner  :tu:

I like them.

Sort of halfway between a Crescent adjustable wrench and a pipe wrench (Monkey wrench).

Mine was.  In 1967.   Originally delivered to a dealer in St. Albans.  Not sure how it arrived in the US though...

British plates:  LGV 721F  Maryland plates:  LGV 721F

I've had other engineers do that to me, so I can't hold it against folks' Moms if they get it wrong.

today i explored the sublime wonders of the infamous skeletool... i'm likin' this thing.
i mostly used the bit driver to adjust some electrical wall outlet covers. of course i had to show it off to a friend. it did well on both counts.

I've got an even bigger one.  Though it needs a good cleaning up.  A bit rusty from years of non-use.
