Just briefly watched the Chris Ryan show "Shadow Soldiers: Columbia".  Just a brief shot of an MT being used to prep some detcord and C4 to destroy a processing lab.

I figured Ryan was a better choice to watch than Barely Grilled...  er, Bear Grylls...   :D
