Small Keychain Bit Holders
on: September 09, 2009, 10:37:39 AM
Does anyone know where I can buy a couple of keychain screwdrivers similar to the ones in the below picture?

The only places that carry them seen to be promotional/marketing sites with a minimum order in the hundreds. I keep running into that problem with all kinds of nifty keychain gadgets.  :ahhh

Anything similar will do. I just want to keep a couple of less common bits handy. I'm not fussy as long as the holder is fairly small and can take a little torque.

I did notice a lot of really interesting keychain bit drivers on those Chinese wholesale sites too. Too bad they don't seem to be available via retail anywhere.

Countycomm has a variant of it if someone wants to help you with that.

If you mean the screw keys - that's actually what got me interested in these.  :D

Basically, I was looking for a "customizable screw key" so I could use other bits than just phillips and flatheads. This item is just about perfect for that.

There was actually talk here at one point about ordering a bunch of these keychain screwdrivers, maybe branded for MT.O.

They are fairly cheap and there seemed to be a lot of interest. The only problem is that they have a minimum order of 250 at $1.94 each.

They might be available elsewhere for less though. I haven't investigated the bulk order options, since I have been concentrating on hunting down somewhere to buy them individually instead.
