I just received a yellow Gerber from Def.  :tu:


From left to right: First Run Gerber, MP400, Evolution 650, MP600 Fisherman, BO Military MP600, Yellow MP600.

Glad it arrived safe and sound!

It really is a pretty tool, but since it has a black head and black fittings, why the heck are the tools inside satin finished steel?  Shouldn't they have been black too?

That's the real big drawback in my books...

It would be tempting to do a swicharoo with a BO versions tools  :think:.

I did not realise just how needle nosy the Fisherman's plier head is  :o :o. Great for getting hooks out , but I wonder if they were pron to breaking in general use  :think: :think:.

Yes. That thought did cross my mind when I first looked at it. I just chalked it up to one of Gerber's eccentric decisions.

Nice comparison pics Chako. :) Do be careful with the yellow one. The paint is hardened somewhat to resist scratching, but that makes it chip easily if dropped.
