And are they standard bits that would, for example, fit in the Victorinox Ratchet? ^^;  Speaking of which, are the bits of good quality, too? :/

Oh, it had to do with an incorrect item they sent me (not once, not twice, but three times!) and the numerous times I called customer service, and the amount of time I spent on the phone, and the hassle I went through, all just so I could do it again after a week or so and another wrong item....argh, I'm getting all worked up again!

Actually I love it over there. Have travelled quite a lot around the states and am hoping to get back over for a visit next year.
