I finally got a Tuna Can!!!

Seiko Tuna Can that is:  :D



I was finally able to trade for a Seiko Tuna Can. I've wanted this watch for a long time and I'm very happy to finally get one. So far it is everything I expected and it wears really nice. There is just too much info on the Tuna Can to post here, so Google it and read all about this great watch.  :tu:

I really like Seiko automatic watches and that one is a proper beast   :cheers:

I would consider wearing one but I think my wrist is just about coping with a black monster!  :o

 I had one years ago....but was stolen...
 I was looking on Ebay last week but the Price is wayyyy to much for my little pockets..

I'm partial to my Orange Monster, but before that came along I wasn't really big into any Seikos.  The tuna cans appeal to me, but the price tags don't!  :P

Grant, I agree with you on the price. That's why It took me so long to get one. I was able to trade fot it and that made the pain so much easier to take.  :D  The orange monster is really nice and It's much more affordable too.  :tu:

John, These were made for the Japanese market only.  :(  The new ones cost more than a Rolex.  ::)

Me too although in better times back in the 90's I purchased a tag heuer 6000 series BTW it played up something awful I soon got rid  :D




[edit]thinking about it I still have the black prize it came with, at the time I liked and had a silver prize fitted.
