A lot of us recently bought CT34's cheap from the Price Pro's on Amazon. And, I would like to commend on how well they took care of the situation. It was a mistake on their part, but they followed through. I admit I was upset when I got a Craftsmen in the mail instead of my CT34. However, I called Taly and we were able to find a suitable substitute (the only catch was I couldn't mention it on the forum...as she recieved a lot of flak from her management about some of the deals she was sending us). So good job Taly and The Price Pros.
