I seem to have amassed a few Camillus knives

. Latterly I have been looking at the Lev-R-Lok knives Camillus brought out, they came out in multiple formats , plain blade , serrated edge , Tanto , Rescue & I recently missed out on a plain edge with American flag handle.
I was interested to see how the rather ungainly looking deployment lever worked in practice. I was very shocked to find it actually works quite well & is not uncomfortable in hand

. The deployment action seems to be more natural feeling in the left hand, but not as comfortable with the knife in hand when using it. As a right hander it works just fine for me. This is my first proper Tanto bladed knife , not including the tiny SOG Fusion I got free from SOG

, the Tanto is great for opening boxes , clam shell packages & looks cool

.
The Lev-R-Lok is no better than any 'normal flipper' , but it is different
I did a wee video on may camera & hopped to edit it , but our Apple Mac

, would not let me edit the AVI file
