I carried my powerlock in a spec ops sheath similar to the maxpedition one on my MTV in the desert.  Back here in the states I use a leather combo sheath from Cheaper than Dirt.  It holds my powerassist and my minin maglite.  I like the fact that it removed from my belt without having to remove the belt.
