Slip-N-Snip scissors Who has a pair?
on: November 16, 2009, 01:05:33 AM
I noticed them in another thread but have never seen them for sale except on Botach but shipping will probably be more than the scissors... Any way back to topic who has a pair of them and what do you think of them? Also where can I get a few pairs at?

Which kind are you talking about? I have a few of each kind of these 2 types of folding scissors and I find that in general the larger ones do a better job and feel better in the hand to use.

The top ones.
I gave several to my sister-in-laws and they like them a bunch. They fold up into a non-snaggy type of package and will cut well if the blades have not been abused. The other folding types tend to be stiff and not very comfortable to use.

I might have some left if you are interested. I will have to look.

I'm assuming you saw them on my "tool ring". They're not that great. I took them off and replaced them with my Gerber Solstice. But if you want them PM me your address and I'll give them to ya. It may be a couple of days though since my wife and I are down to one car.

OH, just saw you wanted to give them as gifts. They should be good enough for that.
