More help needed! (Yeah I know) - Orange or Blue?

As much as I love the Vulture II that UnSub sent me - it's too big for a day-pack at 46L capacity. So the Vulture has now been promoted to camping / overnight bag, and I have some cash from SWMBO to buy myself a Christmas present, so.....

Blue or Orange?

Tough call actually.   I've voted blue as it'll be more subtle for day-to-day, but I've nothing against that shade of orange either.

I'm proper torn.

I've been after the Blue for a while, but the cheapest place I've found in the UK for Maxpedition gear now has the Orange  

It will be for hiking in some dodgy places, so the Orange seems to have some benefits if I need rescuing, bit the Blue is cooler.

Here I am with the funds to get something I've been after for ages, and I'm stuffed by the colour selection - lol.

I like the orange Dave, th blue reminds me of older Berghus packs from the 80s.  Of which I have one under the bed

I'd go for the blue too as I think the orange one is just a bit too conspicuous for everyday use (people will assume your a paramedic ) As a walking bag in the hill's though I'd go for orange

Well, it looks like all the pouches will be Khaki, as there don't seem to be any foliage ones about.

I'll be ordering it tonight / tomorrow morning I think.....

I did kind of like that one, but I've found one supplier in the UK who are about 30% cheaper than the others on average and the only "coloured" ones they have are Orange and Blue.

The "Fire Red' one is quite nice too:

I do think the orange would be a better choice though. I've had packs in both before and yellow seemed to collect and show dirt a lot more...orange seems to fare much better as the material becomes "seasoned"

Orange hands down!!!!   It looks sweet as heck on my jumbo
