still waiting for my old wave ?
on: January 08, 2010, 12:00:05 PM
Ok this is a long story that some already know , but i sold my 98 wave a few months back but long story but my dad got it for me and is the only thing he has ever got me my whole life, as we dont talk , i didnt think it had any value to me ,how stupid i was, anyway the guy i sold it to said he would sell it back to me for the same price, now when i sent it to him i asked he to let me know when it turns up, he never did after 1 week, i send him a pm on the froum where i sold it, he said it hadnt turned up, well after 3 weeks i thought this was all odd and wanted it back, so sent him a pm he answered it and said he understood and would sell it back and he had it, well yesterday my E-cheque cleared but after many attempts he still hasnt let me know if he has sent it or not,  :-\ ive just sent him a email but ive started to get a bit suspicious. he seemed sincere but isnt very good at communicating,i just hope i here something soon,

paul

oh forgot to add i can see when he was on the other forum so know he has seem my messages,

What part of the country did you send it to, maybe someone could collect it for you and then you know it will be posted back.

I'm North West in Wigan

It may very well be just a lack of proper communication. But if this guy really is gonna try and pull something like that, then I think the tool should definitely be "retrieved" for sure.

Just got off the phone to him  :tu: he's going to post it . Funny thing is he's not into multitools or knives at all , he just saw it and thought it would be handy . He asked my advice before he bought it.

We go back along way , we were at school together and he's my youngest Daughters Godfather .What a small world  :D

Haha wow. Gotta love it. Really glad that all is well and it turned out to just be a communication problem after all.
