Bad experience with First Tactical.

On December 11 I placed an order with the British based firsttactical.com for a couple of items. The stuff should have arrived 3-5 days after the order had been placed at a friendly UK member acting as a middleman but they didn’t.

I waited 10 days, December 21, before I sent them an e-mail asking what was happening but I didn’t get a reply from them and then the holidays arrived and ended and still no stuff or a reply on the e-mail I sent.

So January 4 I sent of another e-mail and expected a quick reply since the holidays where over and they had sobered up after celebrating the new year. do you think I got a reply? No.

So on January 8 I sent them a new e-mail and I had decided that if I didn’t get an answer to that then I would contact PayPal and start the process with getting my money back.

A couple of hours later when I checked my mail I had a mail from PayPal telling me that I had gotten a partial refund from first tactical. I could not understand anything of this since the amount didn’t ad up to the price of anything that I had ordered and there where no explanation to why I had gotten a partial refund.

So of with a new mail since I didn’t understand a single thing and within 30 minutes I got an answer. The entire thing boiled down to that one of the items that I had ordered was not in stock and they tried to get it but realized that they could not. So that was the partial refund + shipping.

I hope that this is just a fluke and not the norm at first tactical and I am waiting for a reply to why they didn’t answer my e-mails or that they didn’t tell me that an item wasn’t in stock.

I really hated that they didn’t tell me what was going on or answering my mails. I just hope that I get the stuff.

In the future if anyone want stuff from them,I'll act as the middle man  any problems I'll just go over and collect
