vector lights no good?

I have for vector lights that are 7 years old. the are 1 million to 3 million candle power
I use them once a year or so and I found this week after charging for 48 hours only one works and the other works a little. I am charging it some more.
the other two will not work at all. is this common?

SLA battery could be dead, it is 7 years old after all.
