What are in your spy capsules?

So I have finally gotten a spy capsule but wonder what you guys and gals are carrying in yours.
There is no problem that cannot be solved by the use of high explosives.

Arthritis pill- or rather I like to think I keep an arthritis pill in there, but in reality I usually keep nothing in mine as I take my pill and forget to replace it!

I've got two of the true-utility ones.  one holds a 20 Euro note, the other has a needle, thread and safety pins.

A couple of Aspirins & Loperamide pills
I also have one of this x-large spy capsules

To be honest, they're marketed for cash storage.  a 20 euro note fits in quite easily; apparently a £20 is a bit of a squeeze, but doable.

Just finally got around to filling mine, currently have two on my keychain, 1 with a fexofenadine tablet, and the other with a £50 note.
