Two New M-T Variations
on: June 23, 2007, 01:00:10 AM
Hello All,

Just got my new RedHead (Bass Pro Shops) Hunting Master Catalog for 2007.  There are two items which may interest some of you.  These are;

1.  Gerber Crux - Realtree AP HD Camo - Bass Pro Shops Exclusive - $49.99

2.  Charge TTI - Realtree AP HD Camo - SS - Bass Pro Shops Exclusive - $139.99

Phone 1-800-227-7776

On-line  www.basspro.com

I've ordered the Crux.  Will order the TTI next month.  I'll let you know what I think.

Best - Joe

Thanks for the heads-up Joe!

By the way, Joe also told me about this other new multi-purpose tool he found. I'm certain we all will be wanting one soon..... ;)

The way things usually go when I barbeque, I would need the deluxe model with the built-in fire extinguisher feature!  :P

And a Burn Cream dispenser...

Got a big box in the mail today. I mean, a REALLY BIG box! I thought for a moment the wife had ordered a new piano, until I saw my name on the label. Yep, you guessed it, I ordered one of these barbeque tools.

Holy cow, this thing is almost as big as my whole barbeque grill! It folds down into a "compact" 12-1/2" inches, which extends out to a whopping 20" long when the burger flipper blade is unfolded! We were joking about a deluxe version with a fire extinguisher and a burn creme dispenser...this honkin' monster actually has room for both! For crying out loud, the knife blade itself is 7-1/2" long!

I guess I didn't look closely enough at the ad photos; I had no idea it would be this big.

Ooh, and I almost forgot about the on-board meat thermometer. Not many multitools have one of those.   :P;)

Couple more pictures. That is a Vic Pioneer in the first one, for perspective.

Hehe, I'm thinking about taking this to work tomorrow as a joke! I wish it had a lanyard attachment... ;D

Hell, the knife blade alone is bigger than the AutoTool! (and I think it weighs more too!)  :P

I wonder if this thing is street legal?

What do they call that one?

Leatherman Burgerman?  Gerber & Fries?  SOGgy Wiener?

This thing is SO ridiculous...I love it! So huge it is totally obscene. Surprisingly well made too.

For only $10, I'm thinking about picking up a couple more, to give away as gag gifts to my bulging brother-in-laws.  ;D

They had to omit the olive fork since they couldn't find olives big enough for it!

This thing qualifies as more like a melon fork!

I doubt they could make it much bigger without affecting the war effort!

Honestly, at the price of metal barstock these days, I think there is more than $10 worth of stainless steel alone in one of these monsters!
