I don't Facebook or Twitter or any of the other stuff like that. The Federal Witness Protection Program won't let me.

Been there mate. I used to have 200+ "friends" on there. Then this thing happened with me and my gf and I went and cleaned things up a bit, leaving just a handful (like 11-12) people whom I talk to on a weekly/daily basis anyway and who I wanted to know everything I went through. It did bring a few grudges along but none from people that mattered anyway. I like it much better being on mt.org though.

I think we discussed Facebook on here before, and I can see the benefits for staying in touch when people move to different countries etc, but as a general rule if I haven't stayed in touch with school friends and family in the real world - there's probably a reason for that!

Selecting "ignore" on friend requests, when you know you're probably going to have to explain yourself to someone is pressure I could do without tbh $:-\$
