Leatherman sent us a brand spankin' new Charge AL to hand out to a lucky Multitool.org member!  Who wants it?  Post here with (at least) one good reason it should go to you!

We'll draw a winner at random in a week or so!

I think I should get it.  Not only am I the greatest Multitool.org member in it's history, I'm also the greatest Moderator in Multitool.org history. (wait, does that disqualify me?)

Plus, the only other Leatherman I have is a Kick... and it's rusting... :(

I have a few multitools and don't need another one just yet.  However, I live next to a church and parsonage and although the pastor has a small collection of knives, he told me he doesn't have any Leatherman multitools.  Bet he would enjoy having one.

It's purty and I ain't, so maybe it'd help up my potential value as a handyman with a fully functional multi-tool, to attract the womenfolk.   ;D

Why me?  Because I don't have a heavy duty multi-tool.  My Juice, lent to my sister and fiancee(MIA), and an older Gerber lost (my wife's idea of a magic trick while cleaning).  How will I survive in today's world without a multitool??

4) it will renew my interest in multitools :D
3) I don't have a charge :(

As a student I should be given this wonderful item as no student can pass up on free goods, I would hate to have to tell my friends that i did not get a free multitool.

Also I have giant rubber duck that i will not post a photo of if i don't win!

Well if I win.... I will take it, enjoy it, and use it daily. My LM PST seriously needs to be updated, which I could do if I could stop buying SAKs from felinevet! :)

Got my fingers and toes crossed... and those of all my family members (even my rubber ducks!)

I don't own a Leatherman like that.   I can't think of anything witty to say and I feel really inadequate.  If I win that tool I will feel better about myself.  Really.

That's pretty pathetic in many ways.  This whole thing is bringing out the worst in me.  But I still want it.  :o

Hi guys, new member here. Registered yesterday, or the day before, or whatever. Found this place from a link on Bladeforums, and decided to register, as I love multitools and my multitool collection is actually larger than my knife collection. (I'll fit in better here than at BF.  ;D)

I recognize a bunch of names here from EDCforums!

Well, onto the thread topic... One good reason why the Charge AL should go to me? Hmm...

I've wanted a Leatherman with a one-handed opening, 154cm steel blade for a while, but can't afford one... not much of a reason, is it? Oh well. I tried.  ;)

Cosine- welcome to Multitool.org!  You will probably recognize a number of names here from a number of different forums.  Of course this is the best one, but I'm sure you'll find that out soon enough!

I'll take the charge! I gave my brother my Wave when I bought a Surge, which I'm finding way too big for pocket carry. The Charge is like an improved Wave -- PERFECT!

"I am a die-hard SOG user and have never understood why Leathermans are more popular". That is a direct quote from TOMCRX. The man speaks the truth. If he does not want the Leatherman, then send it my way. A little side by side comparison, never hurt anyone. Thanks Def.

to compare it to my LM TTI and wonder why I spent so much extra on the TTI when it has nearly exactly the same tool composition as the Charge AL  ???

If you would be so kind as to give it to me I would do a in depth detailed review along with many photos and post the review on Multitool.org

After having it for 3-4 weeks (time to finish the review) I would then give it away again to another multitool.org member! :)
