I have not forgotten about this but out of sight out of mind, if you miss to respond to one post you become blind for a while.

so simple no need for pics, I just tried as I am reducing to half the whole thing,
now the hard part, you have to wait until it cools off, best eaten the next day.
I already taste fantrastic (if that's a word)
I made some addition to my usual recette by adding some diced fresh tomatoes,
the recipe hope it formats OK

Christian Notes:
think of Kektchup  or concentrate addition better when cold.

INGREDIENTS

Pour 4 personne(s)

500 g petits champignons de Paris
1/2 verre de vin blanc sec
15 petits oignons blancs (surgelés ou frais)
4 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive
1 jus de citron
1 branchette de thym
1/2  feuille de laurier
1 cuillère à café de graines de coriandre
Sel
Poivre du moulin
1/4 botte de coriandre frais ou persil arabe

PREPARATION

- Faire revenir à l'huile d'olive dans une cocotte les petits oignons coupés en 4 s'ils sont trop gros.
- Ajouter les champignons de Paris et laisser mijoter doucement pendant 5 minutes.
-Saler légèrement.
- Ajouter le vin blanc et le jus de citron. Réduire de moitié.
- Ajouter le thym, le laurier, les graines de coriandre et un tour de poivre du moulin.
- Cuire rapidement pendant 5 minutes à couvert.
- Prendre un plat, verser le mélange et laisser refroidir puis mettre au réfrigérateur pendant 1 h et servir en décorant avec des pluches de coriandre frais.

CONSEILS

Personnellement, j'aime ajouter une petite écorce d'orange et de citron, c'est vraiment très très bon  !
Vous pouvez réaliser une cuisson à la Grecque avec les légumes suivants : artichauts, choux fleur, carottes et  poireaux....

Like my friend Julia Child use to say "Bonne appetit"   yes I had the priviledge to be in her presents many times along with Jacque Pepin who used to be the chef of President Pompidou in Paris, back in the days 1972  I used to enter the Elysee palace with my 2 chevaux Citroen for a visit. (not to President Pompidou though)
