Titanium frame lock with carbinfiber front
and 154cm blade with philips flipper.

I'm curious as to how you shaped the phillips? I've done a few and I used a milling machine. I found it to be quite tricky though.

   Yep, its not easy.
I use a 1/8 end mill in 4 cuts then shape it with the belt grinder.
