....because she literally spent the last three and a half hours trying to get my new Powerlock set-up the way I wanted it. We didn't have the right amount/size spacers to get it to work right since it only has a total of 7 implements now. She wound up fabbing up some nylon spacers to take up the space. We found a bunch of tiny nylon washers in the basement that she then had to use my Spirit to both widen the hole and shave down the outside diameter to get em to fit. They're so thin she had to make a ton of the things. We still had to use that little piece that comes on the scissors from my old Powerlock as a last spacer, and the OD of some of hers are a bit big still, but it functions perfectly even if it looks a bit ugly. I didn't have the dexterity, eyesight, or patience to do it. I'm pretty sure I owe her one Hell of a dinner for the amount of work she put into that thing for me.

Oh you have no idea. We were best friends in High School, dated a bit afterward but it didn't work out. We were just too young and had too many other issues. We stayed best friends though and we got back together again a few months ago. Things couldn't possibly be going any better. Although I'm pretty sure I'm never allowed to carry any other multi any again now lol.

My wife may not understand but she's happy I have a hobby that makes me happy. She has a pretty decent edc setup as well (Wenger Evo18, LD01, and Ti Spork).

Haha yeah this tool load out better work out lol. Nah it'll be coming apart again eventually once we find some better spacers. Brass does sound like a good idea, any idea where Bob managed to find some of the right size?

Interesting. Not thick enough so I would need a ton, but certainly a site to keep in mind. What I really need are 3 more of the nylon spacers that SOG uses at the factory. Or something that size anyway.
