Big fund raising clearout!
on: May 11, 2010, 11:35:32 PM
I'm having a fund raising clear out. All prices include 1st class UK postage - registered for the more expensive items, and PP fees. Pics can be provided upon request. I will be listing this gear on other forums in a day or two so don't hang about if you want a bargain ;)

If you are coming to the UK meetup and would like me to put something on hold for your inspection, just ask. I will happily accept cash minus postage costs, or possibly trades that weekend. The only things I definitely want in trade at the moment are a Condor, Spec-Ops (or similar) pocket organiser and a Foliage Green Maxped cocoon pocket or small Rolypoly.

First the gadgetry :D

Garmin Street Pilot i3 GPS
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Garmin-Streetpilot-i3-Navigation-Mapping/dp/B000BMPJOE
Very good condition, comes with the window attachment thingy, car charger and computer cable. These were highly praised when new and although the map is out of date, still works perfectly. I don't know if it can be updated or not - bought it on another forum and didn't use it much. I have put it all in a small Targus zip case too. Great value basic GPS for £25

Navman iCN 510 In-car mobile GPS
http://www.ciao.co.uk/Navman_ICN_510__Review_5543024
Another unused GPS! This one I know nothing about, just received it from someone else and it is unwanted. It's boxed and has all its bits - wall charger, car charger, USB cable, stylus, cradle and window sucker, aerial extension, leather pouch and documents. This one seems to work fine too but I honestly know nothing about it! £35

Sony Ericsson P1i Smartphone
http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/products/mobilephones/overview/p1i
Superb bit of kit which I am only selling as I now have an iPhone. This handset has been well used and shows various bits of cosmetic wear, but it is perfect working order. The screen always had (and still has) a screen guard on it so is unscratched. Comes with a stylus, 512MB memory card, wall charger, computer dock and cable, unused earphones, a rather worn suede pouch and all the original manuals and CD etc. It's boxed and I have also thrown in an adapter to convert to normal 3.5mm headphones. I had it on O2 but it can be unlocked if that doesn't suit you. Great phone with excellent full touch screen features, yours for only £60

Olympus Camedia C-770 Ultra Zoom camera

http://www.olympus.co.uk/consumer/29_C-770_UltraZoom_Details.htm
This is such a cool camera I'm not entirely sure I want to sell it! I found myself not using it much as I have a cheap point and shoot to use these days. It has a brilliant 10X optical zoom lens which I originally bought for wildlife stalking purposes. Comes boxed with all original cables, charger, 512MB card, strap and documents. I am also including 2 extra batteries, a spare 128MB memory card in a case, an RM-2 remote control and an Olympus CLA-4 conversion lens adapter (to add other lenses to the set-up). It's in very good working condition and only has a few small cosmetic marks. There are also marks on the LCD screen but they have no effect when it's turned on. Please note, it is the black version, not the silver. £85

Some bags and other bits:

Kata C-56 Camera/video camera bag
http://www.kata-bags.com/product.asp?p_Id=217&Version=Photo
Bomb proof, excellent quality bag which is unused and as new. Includes a built in water/sun proof cover, battery/memory case and padded strap. These bags will probably last you longer than your camera will! Fits reasonably large SLR type cameras and most compact videocams - full specs and dimensions above. £24

Kata C-54 camera bag
http://www.kata-bags.com/product.asp?p_Id=216&Version=Photo
Exactly the same quality as above but the smaller model. This one is more suited for a small SLR or larger point and shoot types. Doesn't quite fit the lens on the Olympus above.
Another bargain at only £16

Maxpedition Barnacle in Black
http://www.heinnie.com/Bags-and-Wallets/Maxpedition/Pouches/Maxpedition-Barnacle-Pouch/p-281-289-582-2043/
Needs little introduction, just don't need it sadly. In almost new excellent condition. £19

LAPG Gear Organizer in Black
http://www.lapolicegear.com/diplomat-tactical-organizer-nylon.html
Poor man's Ratpack! Useful bit of kit and not bad quality for the price either, unused with tags still on. £16

Another good size camera bag
Cheaper padded one, loads of room in top section for larger SLR type camera or videocam. Main compartment internal measurements: 16 wide x 12 high x 7 deep (cm). Adjustable velcro panel to fit your needs inside. It also has a pocket in the lid and a decent size one on the front. There's also another section underneath which can hold lots of extras like your chargers, batteries and such. This bit clips and velcros on so can be removed or used separately. Padded carry handle and shoulder strap. I just know someone will ask for pics! Well worth £10

LAPG Operator Tactical Pants
http://www.lapolicegear.com/lapolicegear-operator-lightweight-tactical-pants.html
Black, size 36 x 30 in perfect condition. Worn and washed once, and then passed the denial stage about what size I really am! They will not fit over a 36" waist but they do cinch in a couple of inches smaller. More pockets than you can shake a stick at and some really clever features. £25

That's about it for now folks  ;)

Good luck with the sale.  I had an Olympus C-770 once, and it was a great camera.

I'll grab the camera if shipping to Greece is not stupid money. :-\ Any chance one of the remaining camera bags is also a good fit?
