I've got this one http://www.heinnie.com/Knives/Rough-Rider/Rough-Rider-Congress/p-92-602-4141/It's a very well built tool despite it's cheapie price tag I'm thinking of selling mine though, as I've never really used it
That is nice Shame it's not street legal, what with that locking spike
Just playing devil's advocate here, but why would a locking spike not be legal carry? It's doesn't have a cutting edge and it's not illegal to have a spike in your pocket as for as I know

Zed,Given that you are looking for a two-blade slippie from Rough Rider, might I suggest their newer Gunstock pattern with the 3 1/2" frame..........(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.).......I have a few and it's an excellent pattern.2xTap

The law lumps edged and pointed objects together. Hence if you have a locking awl you get the same grief (in theory) as for a locking blade.
My nose is quite pointed. Do you think it's legal EDC to have that on my face?
Sound like the so called "law" is getting way past silly over there. The rough riders are nice knives. I collected about 250 of them 4-5 years ago when Blade Matrix was selling them for around $3.50 each! They are well made and hold up decently. Perfect for a cheap carry knife or for practicing modding on slipjoints!
How about this one Paul I often pop in here to drool at what they have http://www.worldknives.com/products/rough-rider-pearl-and-abalone-classic-gunstock-knife-rr607-1715.htmlor this one very nice http://www.worldknives.com/products/rough-rider-sawcut-bone-series-senator-rr471-1818.html
