There is nothing wrong with spray and pray, for action I think it is actuly a better tactic :cheers:

Nice shots.

I myself prefer single shot AF. I tend to get better results that way. With that said, there is nothing wrong with the old spray and pray method either.

I'm a fan of continuous shutter at air shows :)  Hopefully I'll get to play at the weekend as its Waddington Air Show and I've a free pass ;)

Used to live very near Biggin Hill and loved watching the airshow.

To day I found myself in a situation where only spray and pray was the only hope, a 21 gun salute with a 5 inch naval gun, out of 63 shots only one got the gun shooting
