That's a pretty atrocious bit of journalism, but I think I got the point!

Something tells me that our Royal Family will be OK ;)

I used to come here a lot.

The Queen is one of the richest land owners in Britain (that's her personally, add the estates that the wider Royal Family own, and I think they'll be OK for a few more millennia yet) ;)

The "cut-backs" are a gesture, and quite right too at a time when UK citizens are all feeling the pinch. It's what she's there for, and this ranks alongside refusing to leave London during the Blitz and sheltering in the underground stations with real people, and volunteering to pay tax a few years ago. It's all about empathy with real people.

On the subject of tax, I wonder if she makes her cheques out to "My Revenue and Customs " :D

speaking of Home Depot, I used to work for a plaintiff's class action law firm that was sueing them for discrimination.  I sent a fax over there and guess it didn't go through right because somebody there faxed back the cover sheet with a big note written in fat sharpie......"DIDN'T NONE COME THOUGH!"

true story.

If you want to sue HD for general management/executive incompetence.  You'll be guaranteed a victory!!
