I kinda get the logic.  But I have to say I don't find it a great chore to transfer unused beans into a Tupperware.

You have unused beans?   I've never heard of such a thing  :pok:

I don't eat them much myself, they're mostly opened just for my daughter, who most certainly can't eat a whole tin herself (though she might give it a try sometimes).  ::)

Seems like a good idea to me  :tu:

I don't do beans myself but the rest of the family does

The price difference in a small tin and a regular tin isn't much so at times I have bought the bigger tin and had to throw out what's left  :-\ Lack of tupperware  ::) Plus beans in tupperware = orange tupperware  :o

For our house this could work, hopefully they'll roll it out to their Spaghetti Hoops, etc.

partially good idea, I strongly dislike the part about it being more expensive...
The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

Nice idea but the cost is definitely a rip off! We tend to buy 4 packs for no more than 50p a tin when offers are on, so this price is silly. We put the (very rare) left overs in to Tupperware too  ::)

They have a rip top anyway, so no-one has been using can openers on them for a while!

Mmmm.... beans good... want beans now...
