i have to say i like a sak with a tooth pick i find i use it more then the rest of the tool! but them i am having orthodontic treatment

I use the toothpick, too. No problem with it. Wipe it off after use, and its clean. I wouldn't want to share it with others, though  You can use it to clean the saw on larger SAKs, too, or pull out any dust from inside the SAK...
