I got one of these to edc recently. I don't know why - I will hardly ever use it - I just like it. It's a good compass, a bit slow as it is in liquid, but a nice feel to it. IIR Marbles is an old USA company, but this is made in China - good quality.

Actually it looks like a '70s electric mixer but without any holes in the bum for whisks. So more retro naff punk
There not super accurate (at least mine isn't) but it's more than good enough as a rough direction finder
