Amici,
Not too sure how many here are a fan of the Vampire series on HBO, but one thing I've caught over the past few seasons is one of the main characters Jason always has what seems to be a BUCK 110 on his belt in many of the scenes that he's in..

Personally, I don't think this was done to show that southeners are avid outdoorsman, but to illustrate another Lib talking point that southeners are all just "bitter clingers" and is just another way to put them down as a whole, since NO properly educated individual from D.C., New York, or Los Angeles would ever be caught dead with even a nail clipper than be seen using or wearing a gasp!.... knife on ones belt, the shame!!

Anyhoo, I thought it was worth mentioning...

Well, I just watch it for the sex, blood and rock 'n' roll..... who knew it has such political undertones!

I don't really see the political undertones, but I do see it fitting in with his persona. Its set in backcountry LA, so it wouldn't seem out of place in the least. But, like nuphoria, I mainly watch it for the sex, and the other stuff she mentioned as well.
