Watched recently "The Bridges of Madison County" (for the first time  :o) The film is set in 1965. Anyone knows what kind of tool it is?  ???

Looks like a Vic made sheath for some type of SAK, possibly the Swisschamp or one of the larger folders if they were around at that time..

Probably a buck 110.

Given that the location of the story is in the US and the Buck 110 was/is a very common knife there, I think it's a Buck 110 too. Those guys from the Dukes of Hazzard carried one in a pouch on their belt too.
