What case do you have for your phone?

That's right, just wondering what cases you use, currently for my phone im using one of these



just a basic leather pouch but the otterbox cases for the htc desire have finally come out so im thinking about one of those too

is there much difference between their commuter and defender cases?

any other recommendations welcome too

I use nothing.  But that is why my phone is scratched to crappery.

im worried about mine on site though ive already dropped it a couple of times i know its insured but id rather not go that route if a case would stop that from happening 

however the case is good for stopping those mysterious scratches that appear when you put the phone in your pocket for no reason

Don't use cases anymore. Given the life expectancy of electronics nowadays, keep it sparking new when you are going to retire it in a few years anyway is pretty pointless.

Nite Ize Executive Series

It was a gift from Bob at Pock-its.com and is probably the best phone holster I've ever used.

That Otterbox setup is one of the reasons I'm seriously considering an iPhone next.... there doesn't seem to be any Droid versions of it out there.

I found a nice Griffin case for my iphone that has a macro lens included. The lens is quite good for a bit but tends to trap dust under the glass and you end up with fuzzy photos till it gets a good clean.

Shirt or pants pocket , usually the document pocket of a 5-11 shirt .

My phone is a basic POS / annoyance , if I ever got a fancy smart phone , I would use a case .

For my htc diamond touch I use just the leather pouch that came with it.
And for my old siemens M65 I use nothing. Love it. Can't stand talking with the htc (which is great for internet, playing around etc, but for talking I can't stand it )

well i thought about it and this case looked overkill and i was put off by allan saying the screen protector didn't fit very well on his commuter case so i went out and ordered a case mate tough case and im pleased i did, i hadn't even heard of the brand before monday and now im very impressed both with the case and the after care

i messed up putting the screen protector on and within half an hour of asking case mate how to get a replacement they offer to ship me one for free! all they asked for in return was cookies

There's very likely going to be an iPhone 4 in my near future, and I'm looking at the Defender case form Otter, the Ballistic HC case and the Innocase from Seidio.  I don't mind some extra bulk if the case is tough enough, but none of them seem to offer any kind of water protection.
