A knife's ballast???
on: November 28, 2010, 08:11:07 PM
Today in church the pastor said that he gave somebody a 1st edition Case knife, and said that it says that on the ballast.

So I am now confused what the heck is a knife's ballast?

yud,

His terminology is off, he meant bolster. 1st production run markings are usually put on the mark side bolster, pivot end. If the pattern has blades on both ends, it'll be the "right side" bolster.
