Yes I can, the 1st Amendment says I have the right to Free Speech, it does not require that I vote to exercise that right

Do you have the possibility to vote by mail? In Germany it is possible, if you know that you can't go out to vote. Just request your polling card by mail or via the internet and you get all the stuff you need for voting by mail. Of course you need to know early enough so that there is enough time that they can send you everything and your voting paper is back in time.

I had every intention of voting today and going to the Trans Siberian Orchestra concert tonight but my wife's car needs tires. Even the damn donut spare tire is flat. That's a crappy feeling, taking off a bad tire only to find out the spare is flat too.
