Found one just like this in a pawn shop Wednesday (didn't run and the date wouldn't advance though.)
I figured, get it and then I could have bragging rights to not only an Omega but a "tuning fork" one.
Asking what he needed out of it, he told me that he had $40.00 in it but haven't had the time to look it up yet;
come back in a couple days.
Went in yesterday and offered him the $40.00 that he had into it. He hee hawed around a little then I told him that the
date wheel would cost about $300-$400 to fix (called a watch maker that repairs Omega)
Handing it to me I gave him the forty and left. For $6.00 more dollars I had a battery put in and it begins its "humming"
and has time every since.
