My Atwoods. A quick pictorial
on: November 09, 2010, 03:43:33 AM
I'm tired and it's late.  Here are pictures of my Atwoods (a couple more are in the mail  ;)).  If you have questions, post 'em up!

Tough question.

I carry the Funnybone everyday as part of the farm EDC because it's so handy.  It's sort of replaced the Guppie in my EDC.  However, I really like the Atwrench, Ghost, mini Son of Prything and Wildcard.

If the Ghost were steel, it would be on my work EDC.

They are incredibly useful.  Check out the thread I started on the Gasbaby where I recorded down every days uses.  My Gasbaby sees more use than anything (bar a folder).

Awesome collection there.  I'm not jealous at all.  >:( :D
I'm back!!

That is a fine collection Mr. W  :salute:

Booger and Mini Son of Prything look great  :tu:

I think the Atwood stuff looks great and very practical. Although I also think it can get very expensive as well  :-\

I do hope to pick one up at some point; hopefully at the lower end of the scale but still of practical use  :tu:

So if I wanted one of Peter's new creations do I register my name on his site and hope I get chosen?

I find them extremely handy.  As I mentioned, I generally carry the Funnybone now instead of a CRKT Guppie.  It's a much smaller footprint and actually accepts larger nuts than the Guppie.

The Atwrench is excellent too and I've considered it for work EDC again.

I used to carry the Wildcard a lot, but I found I worried about losing the kydex sheath in my pocket a fair amount , so it sort of cycled out of rotation, but I've done motorcycle repairs with it before.

All in all, they're actually handier (for me at least) than the 58 mm Vics.

I like them a lot , especially the Mini PryBaby, and I'd even gladly pay their asking price but even then it seems impossible to obtain one.  If money in-hand isn't good enough to purchase something, I just don't have patience for it  :-\

I tried that and emailed him, but the only way for him to sell and receive money is by PP.
