I'm sure there are several makers of that style these days.  I got my mine and my wife's many years ago and they are still working well, though looking a little battered :)

I had the EDC one but found it quite heavy for what it was. I don't know how that compares to other makes of course, but it meant I didn't use it.

I use a locking carabiner with small McGizmo clips on the things I want to put on and off.

Agreed, mine are as well and that is a downside.  I do find the functionality worth that penalty though.

I've just ordered one of these (I probably would have anyway without reading this thread) so I will be deciding for myself soon.

I too have a similar for my keys. Works fine, and I use it for over 10 years now. I love that I can change my keys quickly whenever I need it  :tu:
