It's a Gerber Obsidian.  That took a bit to figure out, because I thought it was an AO lockback.  Instead it's a buttonlock with a bottle opener and file on the back :P

Yeah, Gerber Obsidian.  It's... not a very good knife.  The back tools are really flimsy.
