Victorinox Warranty

Has anybody availed of Victorinox warranty?

Fellow forum member Teofilo requested me to ask this question to the forum because he is now at work.

He has Vic Explorer with worn out philips screwdriver tip and warped scales. He wants to know if this is covered by Vic warranty.

I have.  They will cover it.  It takes a bit longer than Leatherman and they are more likely to replace the affected tool, rather than replace the SAK. No hassles here in the US.  Check their webpage for the process you need to do.
