You know I wouldn't be so upset except the member said it would be sent as a Christmas/Birthday present and we could work out the trade details later. The I get a pm saying the item was sold to a cash buyer, nice!!!!!   >:(

Bad traders and rude people pizz me off! So far I have been able to dodge the crusty people on this forum. Sometimes you just have to stick them on your "Ignore" pile.

Thats really low behaviour, sorry to hear about it GG.

One of the reasons i am personally attracted to trades rather than cash sales is that i feel 'greed' is often minimised when money is not involved.

i am now going to be a little more cautious in future, kind of sad really.

With hundreds of trades going on here, we rarely hear about any troubles/misunderstandings/bad experinces. :)
Imo you don't have to take more caution in any way,  cause we surrounded by good people here.. :salute:

I had a similiar experience on another forum  :(

I was chatting with the guy about his Orange G10 UKPK. Ideally I wanted to trade or trade / cash but if it came down it I would buy straight out. So we're talking via PM and he sends this 'I am going for a clear sale of this. I've replyed to a couple of people who proposed interest to buy it out right.' WTF

I had proposed interest; what were all the PM's about. Hello?!  :twak:

I guess you win some you lose some  :-\ Still not nice to have it happen. I think it is worse to happen here  >:(

As a matter of fact, I believe the last guy that went awry over a trade here was banned... quite a few years ago. I'd trade with any of the regulars any time. :tu:
