Early last year Mr. Whippy had a Leatherman Kick giveaway competition, which i won leaving me with another shiny (-ish) multitool.

It arrived a week after i had sent my address to Mr. W. :mail:

The thing is although i very much liked the winning of it,  :gimme: i had no real need for it. So i gave it to my mother. She has kept it in her car glovebox for the past year in a pouch along side a Victorinox Compact. She excitedly told me the other week she used it for about the third time ever to screw into a wall a philips screw for some random old lady she was visiting for work.

The other time she used it was to put up some thin fencing wire support lines for her passionfruit vines. I remember then thinking how chuffed she seemed witrh her creation and that i needed to get her a proper locking multitool with some actual tools. So i been casually keeping my eye on ebay for cheap Leatherman Blasts over the last six month or so (under US$50 new or used posted to australia)
 
 Two months ago a NEW black oxide Blast with molle sheath was buy it now for US$65 (posted to australia on US EBAY). So i got it.
 Then when it got here i opened it up and decided to keep it (stupid!  :twak: stupid!  :twak: stupid! ) She doesn't need a easy to lose black tool after all.. I haven't used it much but i'm mulling over getting a cheap wave or charge and pulling out the bit drivers and modding the blast (i did briefly own a wave but i never got round to EDC it as i love my powerlock).

Anyways a used silver Blast came up on AUS Ebay and oddly no one bid on it, so i snapped it up and dropped it off with my mother in exchange for the Kick (she wanted me to sell the BLAST as i MUST of got  it for a steal if i was giving it to her :rofl: )
The Blast also came with a NEW Leatherman nylon pouch (the sort that lets you holster the tool opened or closed)

So its time to give this Kick back to someone who may need it though a giveaway comp. In addition to the KICK i am adding the NEW Nylon pouch so people who don't need the KICK should still enter in the competition.

The rules are Simple:

-Pick a number between 000 and 999
-Put that number in the list below along with your username IN THE ASCENDING NUMERICAL ORDER!
-One entry per person only ( Unless you happen to be Mr. Whippy, Karma says you get two entries :P )

I'll draw the winner on Saturday 19 by using the last three digits of my grocery shopping receipt. In the event of an equal distant tie (ie Mr X has 495, MR Y has 505 and the last 3 digits on receipt are 500) the 4th digit will determine the winner. Odd number means the higher number is the winner, even the lower.



UPDATE: TANK007 led aaa flashlight now in giveaway :)  :gimme:
