If you're going to sell to the enthusiast market, please tell use what emitter + bin you're using.

+1 on this...

Also let's see what about reflectors, would they be OP, SMO or LOP?

Unlimited variations are great, but can be somewhat confusing to general public. In most cases 2-3 mods for general EDC would be great. If you are targeting tactical market then it is another world. The way I see your lights now, the targeted market would be EDC and general users.

Let us know what kind of lenses would they have. AR coating... Something else?

The way I see it after using JB BK135A with IBS (infinite beam settings) which gives a lot of variable settings, but I've never used it.. Well except for some play and then left it...

Pocket clip would be nice...

At last.... Lights are....   :gimme: :gimme: :gimme: :gimme: :tu: :tu: :tu: :salute: :salute: 8) 8)

I am curious to why most of my original post was removed? I am truly asking this forum for advice and features Light enthusiasts look for. I will take all criticism and advice to make the design of this light meet requirements of a great flashlight!

Thanks,

Hi Terry,

I own, administer and pay the bills for this site, mostly out of my own pocket.  I would like to suggest that I, and everyone here is more than happy to help you in any/all stages of development, testing and eventual marketing.  I realize that at this point, you are not selling anything, and so paying for advertising here does not seem like a sensible solution.  I understand that, and I, nor the Moderator staff are trying to shake you down for money.  We don't actively sell advertising here anyway, although we have the option available if you should choose to do it at some point.

What we do insist on is that if you want to benefit from the combined input and experience of this community, that you do something to contribute back to the community.  What you contribute is entirely up to you, but I would suggest that its in your interest to make it special- after all, the more interest you generate, the more feedback you get, and the more sales you are likely to make when you eventually sell your products.  I'll be happy to discuss this with you in private, and you can send me a private message through the forum, email me at grant.lamontagne@gmail.com or call me at (902) 233-8888.

As some of the guys have alleged, we take SPAM seriously- and no, I am not inferring that you are a spammer, just that your initial post appeared as though it may have been and the guys reacted as they are supposed to.  Servers cost money, and communities take time, money and energy to build, and we have been funded by some exceptional people over the years, and they deserve recognition.  To allow someone access to what they have contributed to without any kind of gain can be considered rude, but as you are new here I believe it is excusable and I'd like to discuss with you possibilities for the future.

Often my guys try to do this privately so as to cause the least amount of embarassment to all involved, and I think that is admirable.  Once in a while I like to get everything out in the open so that the members in the community don't feel they are missing out on any back room deals or other BS.
