One set (front and back) of red replacement scales for 74mm Victorinox Swiss Army Knives. You will need to pry off your old scales and then push fit the new ones. Wrapping in cloth and then gently squeezing with a vice helps if you cant apply enough pressure by hand. Theres a nice pictorial over on multitool.org 74mm is the length of the SAK closed.
