It seems like most if not all of my international packages have been misplaced/stolen/lost, or something else entirely. Seems like I am in a bad luck tornado as of late and can't seem to get out. I want to do the right thing and take care of everyone involved, so PM me with what you ordered so I can make payment arrangements with you. After this I am done trading, and possibly done with this forum. Nothing against anyone here, you all have been like family, but my life has too much turmoil in it right now to worry about packages. I will make it right might take a week or two so I can get paid, but everyone will be refunded. It brings tears to my eyes to say goodbye, but its something I must do for me and my family. Again, I am sorry for any delays. Continental shipments will be going out today.

Im sorry to here this Zack, its a nightmare when stuff doesnt turn up, ive had it happen twice and both times got nothing from royale mail so end up losing out twice, ie lost item and re-fund and as i usualy only sell to buy something else i end up selling something i dont wont to just to get the funds back $:-\$ i do understand what you are doing zak ,you take care of your self and your family , hope to see you soon

I know this is old news, but my issues were never resolved and I am very unhappy about it. Before I start ranting, can some one privately let me know what went on? I feel lied to etc, but am willing to excuse things if I can at least get some kind of explanation...

I'm been behind you all the way gunga. I'm a forum rat and he did this on another forum to 3 people before they ban him. Sorry but I don't feel for anyone who repeatedly rips people off.

I had some goods go missing from Zack, he had great feedback here and evryone said what a good guy he was. I new at the time he was hard up, so even though he offered to send me more goods I took it as my fault for not asking for insurance during the deals.

In retrospect I'm 99% sure he didn't send the goods in the first place. Either that or the post man hates him and throws all his overseas sales in the sea.

Zack if you are reading this - I mean you no harm, just telling it as it is. But I I'm sorry to hear that you are having a bad time in life, I hope you can get things back to a better state and start to enjoy life again soon.

You know the weird thing, I "won" a hybrid SAk from Zack like December last year in a draw and it was never sent to me (twice), or somehow the address was wrong (twice).

I don't understand, why do a free give away draw if you don't intend to follow up? I didn't send any money or anything, I just don't understand the purpose? I understand when he ripped me off 5 months later, but not the freebie one.

He told me he sent this to me at 2/21
It never arrived.
I was waiting long time and did tell him several times that it not did arrived yet.
He sent it with no T&T and no insurance he told me later.
4/22, 8 weeks later in the last mail he told me he wants to make it right with me.
I did feel sorry for him after his problems and told him to keep the money and
wishes him good luck with his family.
So far so good.

But now after Gunga his post I got doubts and did an little search at google and feedbacks
at other forums, but everything looks OK.
Then I looks in his public mailbox at bladeforums and saw that he sold one Esee 6 at
member Risen.
I can not read the complete conversation because Risen is banned at BF.
He sold the Esee 6 at 3/15 and after some 'delay' it arrived 25/3 at Risen.
So my good feelings are an little bit down and I have no proof he lied or rips me off.

I will not look back but will share my story I told to Gunga.
I like to hear the other story's to, because this is an open forum and Zack has the right
to defends himself after some accusations.
Don't keep it in secret, just post here your story's.

Well, my sharpmaker purchased in May (I think) was never shipped (twice) and I asked about it a month or 2 ago. Well, he had another identical sharpmaker coming he said he could ship (wow, what a coincidence) and of course, that was never shipped too.

I stopped believing a while ago, but figured I would ask.

Jan, I'm pretty certain you were ripped off, just a wild hunch...

he's been active here on the 28th and active on face book so i guess he's hiding behind the internet, we spoke about trading camera gear at one point. Relieved it never went anywhere now.

Stiffed on a couple of leathermans and an Atwood. I feel particularly sore about the Atwood as zack went out of his way to get me to buy it.
He did write a couple of months ago stating he was resending the tools to me. However nothing has arrived as yet.

I got PO'd a while ago and sent him a message telling him to just tell me he lied to me rather than adding more lies, just tell me you lied since I know I will never see the money etc anyways.

Seems like the same type of story was being used to over and over.

If Zack had just told me the truth, like "sorry I forgot to send them" I would have understood.

It's no fun seeing your hard earn cash go , but it's the lies that hurt. Those lies don't just hurt each member who has been caught out with a bum deal, those lies hurt the forum as a whole.

Another victim here. He took me for around £120 (GBP) I think from memory ... about $185 USD

Communication from him stopped a long time ago for me, even though a couple other folk have received (empty) promises in that time

Actually, this is quite true. Any US citizen who has lost money for something that was supposed to be mailed (not UPS'ed), can file a complaint with the Postal Inspection Service <--That is the link to their site, btw.
