I have the 4Sevens equivalent and aside from the PITA user interface it's quite a nice
light and easy to carry around.

I have an LD10, which is the same light but with one AA battery instead of two. Great light for the price/battery type/size.

It is a good light but, I prefer the LD10 which uses one AA battery.

I use to give that one for gifts and still have one as a loaner.  They made one with the Rebel LED for a short time, and I still have that one.  It had a nice tint and beam compared to many others at the time.

Now though I'm with the other guys I'd go for the single cell version.  I have a few of them, I liked them when you could get them in colors other than black.  I don't use those much on a regular basis now, but in general I'm trying to stick to 1 cell lights no matter what the battery type is.  I have to made exceptions for some lights like the Surefire C2 as I like it alot, and have not bored my main users for 18650 since I have several other lights that take 18650.  If I was going camping I'd probably back a couple 2 cell lights, for the runtime, and easier to hold and not get lots if other people are using them.

Enjoy!!  That's a classic!
