It's not that I don't want it; it's that a casual friend delcared that he had found a super deal on a Charge & grabbed it for me (I'd asked people to keep an eye out)

But it's not going the way it was supposed to.

I am humbly asking to reassert my 1st dibs - but I fully realize that it is alot to ask in light of the fact that I just successfully petitioned for a refund!

I admit it - I jumped the gun. And I completely understand if the other fellow picks it up; he was next in line for sure.
