warranty email response time?

Hi all,

I was just wondering how long it usually takes to get a response to an email sent to warranty@gerbergear.com?  I've sent two so far, one on Aug 17th and one on Aug 24th and no response on either yet.

Merit Badges Must start new thread with photos of multitools (Magazine/Catalogue type photos) Start a new thread with a photo of a modded knife or multitool with your EDC Must post a step by step pictorial of a knife or multitool modification (scale swap not included) For those who posted like a boss. Start a new thread demonstrating paracord knot tying Start a new thread and post a picture of fire making kit or fire with a multitool Must start a thread with a photo of at least five (5) of your watches Must start a thread showing a photo of at least three BO tools

I had a response within 2days both times I emailed them.
If I remember correctly, wait, what was I saying?

I received an email back today.  They said they were having technical problems in August, and apologized for the delay.
