2011-12 NHL Season Starts Tomorrow!

Woo Hoo! Hockey's back! Granted the last season only ended 4 months ago, but I miss my hockey! Should be an interesting season. How Brendan Shanahan handles his new job as discipline czar will be interesting to see, as will how well the new head-shot rules work protecting players. Can the Bruins repeat? Will a Canadian team win the Cup for the first time since 1993? Is 8 months before the end of the season WAY too early to be making any sort of predictions? You're damn right it is! This should be a fun one though, can't wait to go to my 1st game of the season on Saturday. LET'S GO DEVILS!!!

considering signing up for gamecenter... I had a playoff pass for ESPN last year, but it's all changed this year. I'm glad to see the return(rebirth) of another Canadian team!

Yea sure hes a good player and I wouldn't mind having him on my team but his attitude kills me. He's a showboat and after watching The Great 8 documentary I dislike him even more. To be fair I hate all the top players that aren't on my team.

You know, EVERY professional hockey player I've ever met has been a great guy. When they're on the ice wearing an opposing team's sweater, however, all bets are off....

I totally agree with you on that. Only guy that I've met off the ice that rubbed me the wrong way was Corey Perry.
